Sam Redfern is an experienced and enthusiastic wine tasting host and BBC Masterschef finalist! He offers a series of fantastic evenings for private parties or pub nights.
Normally spread over two hours, Sam talks guests through around six different drinks - often exploring a mixture of traditional and new producers. With each glass Sam will serve food dishes designed to complement the flavours.
A variety of different themes can be planned to suit your guests, the occasion and your budget. A few are listed below.
Spanish wine and tapas
French red and french cheeses
Local Ciders and sausages
Cocktails and canapés
Italian wine and antipasti
Ales and mini pies
And plenty more...
Sam will supply all of the wine, food and glasses. And of course the commentary!
